Systems Engineer

Do you want to work in a technically challenging role where you can combine requirements analysis, system design, and integration? We are now looking for Systems Engineers who wants to contribute to the development of complex systems within embedded systems.
The role
As a Systems Engineer at Equalia, you will play a key role in ensuring that various technical components and processes work together as a whole. You will be involved in the entire development chain, from requirements specification to testing and verification.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis – Identify and analyse technical and functional needs.
- System Design – Develop system architecture and structure for optimal collaboration.
- Integration – Ensure that hardware and software function together.
- Testing and Verification – Plan and execute tests to ensure system functionality and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization – Identify and resolve issues while optimizing system performance.
- Documentation – Create technical documentation for design, functionality, and maintenance.
- Collaboration – Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and customers.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in engineering, such as electronics, computer science, or mechatronics.
- Experience in system development and integration of complex systems.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, low-level software, real-time systems as well as hardware.
- Experience with requirements management and system architecture.
- A strong understanding of testing and system verification.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
