The role

As a Systems Engineer at Equalia, you will play a key role in ensuring that various technical components and processes work together as a whole. You will be involved in the entire development chain, from requirements specification to testing and verification.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis – Identify and analyse technical and functional needs.
• System Design – Develop system architecture and structure for optimal collaboration.
• Integration – Ensure that hardware and software function together.
• Testing and Verification – Plan and execute tests to ensure system functionality and reliability.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization – Identify and resolve issues while optimizing system performance.
• Documentation – Create technical documentation for design, functionality, and maintenance.
• Collaboration – Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and customers.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in engineering, such as electronics, computer science, or mechatronics.
• Experience in system development and integration of complex systems.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, low-level software, real-time systems as well as hardware.
• Experience with requirements management and system architecture.
• A strong understanding of testing and system verification.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
